We understand that need to lend an ear and get support does not always fall between the times we would prefer. Please contact us for our after hours session rates. Sometimes in life letters, forms and reports are required of us from time to time. We provide all of these services listed.

Full payment is required on the day of your appointment. Medicare requires full payment prior to your rebate being processed. If your Medicare Mental Health Care Plan paperwork has expired or is pending a review by your GP, we are unable to process your rebate and full fees will apply on the day of your appointment.

Better Access GP Mental Health Care Plans are obtained through your General Practitioner. Medicare provides up to 20 rebates on therapy sessions in a calendar year. Usually after 6 sessions you are required to undergo a review with your GP who may issue the further 4 rebate sessions. A review letter will be forwarded by our office prior to your GP appointment at no charge.If you have a current Mental Health Care Plan, your Medicare rebate will be processed on the day of your appointment. Feel free to ask your GP to fax or e-mail your paperwork to the clinic, as this ensures your rebate will be processed on the day of your appointment. Some clients may also be eligible for a General Care Plan that provides up to 5 Medicare funded sessions with a number of services such as exercise physiologist, mental health care provider, occupational therapist, osteopath and physiotherapist.
